Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
- Beor is a log. It doesn't give medical or personal training advice, and you train at your own risk.
- Your workout data stays yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time.
- Subscriptions are paid and cancelled through Apple or Google.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and TEKGSP, Lahore, PK (“we”), which runs Beor. By using Beor you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Who can use Beor
You must be at least 16. Keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can try Beor as a guest, but a guest's data is tied to that phone and can be lost or deleted unless you create an account.
3. Not medical or training advice
Beor records what you log and shows you facts about it. The starter plans and how-to guides are general information that you choose and can change. They aren't tailored to you. Nothing in Beor is medical advice or a personal training recommendation.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor or qualified professional if you have a health condition or any doubts, and stop if something feels wrong. You decide what you do at the gym.
4. AI can make mistakes
Beor uses AI to read your messages and imports, and it can misunderstand them. Check that what's saved is right, because you're responsible for relying on your own log. Don't use Beor for anything where a mistake could cause harm.
5. Your content
What you log and write stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it, and to send it to our service providers, only as needed to run and improve Beor as the Privacy Policy describes. You can export your data in the app. Keep your own copy of anything important, especially body weight and protein, which live only on your phone.
6. Fair use
Please don't:
- break the law or upload anything harmful or that you have no right to use
- try to get into other people's accounts, or test or bypass our security or limits
- overload the service, scrape it, or use bots or automated tools on it
- use Beor's chat for purposes other than your training log
- copy or resell Beor, or use its output to build a competing service
Beor has limits on AI use to keep it running fairly.
7. Trials and subscriptions
Beor may offer a free trial, promo codes and paid plans. The price, length and renewal terms are shown in the store before you buy.
- You buy through Apple or Google, and their payment terms apply too.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple or Google account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your Beor account doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules and your legal rights.
- When a trial or plan ends without renewal, your account becomes read-only: you can still see, export and delete your data, but you can't add to it or use the AI.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you in advance, and the store will ask for your consent where required.
8. Our app
Beor's name, bear, design and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app. Third-party parts are credited in Settings → About & credits and keep their own licences. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely without paying you.
9. Changes and availability
We keep improving Beor, so features can change or be removed, and it may sometimes be unavailable. If we plan to close Beor down, we'll try to give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Unless the violation makes it unreasonable, we'll tell you first.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer that can't be waived, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, Beor is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data you could have protected by exporting it. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
12. Apple users
If you got Beor from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app, its support, or claims about it, except that it may refund the purchase price if the app fails to meet a warranty that applies. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
13. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you're a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and can bring a claim in its courts. If you have a problem, please write to us first at hello@beor.app.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using Beor and delete your account.
